Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority has approached Revo to assist them with strategy for Silicon Park mix use project in the heart of Silicon Oasis masterplan.

Revo conducted short market research and worked with DAR consulting Architects and Engineers and DSOA Team to ensure that project will be financially viable, leasable, aligned with surrounding market as well as bring unique experience to the residents and visitors. Revo has further assisted in the idea generation as well as leasing services.

The park was part of DSOA’s 2021 Strategy that is built on “four pillars,” including a smart city, an advanced technology hub, happiest people, and a desirable society. Visitors can enjoy an outdoor gym with a range of equipment, 500m track for joggers, a football pitch, tennis court, volleyball court, skate park and a multipurpose court, along with a 5,000 sq m lawn area for all sorts of activities.

Since it’s in Dubai Silicon Oasis, the “hi-tech” park also has some swanky smart devices. Visitors can charge their smart phones at the solar-powered bench that also includes a cooling system, along with a smart lighting system that operates through motion sensors to reduce carbon emissions.

Silicon Park, featuring first in the region Radisson Red hotel, residences, sport-related activities and office space.

Revo Team has also worked on leasing of retail podium along with DSOA Team until successful opening in 2019.
